Jenny, licensed in WA State since 2013, brings a plethora of experience to home sales.  Past employment includes, banking, mortgage lending & home staging.  Education includes a BA in English, Minor in Business Management w/ a focus on writing.  Jenny's adventurous spirit has moved her all around the country to states including Ohio, Kentucky, Washington & Arizona.  During her real estate career, Jenny has taken pride in helping military families buy & sell homes, assisting in long distance relocations, vacant property care & sight unseen purchases.  The ability to manage her business solely from personal referrals has been immensly gratifying. Realestate has been Jenny's life passion and she brings that passion to every transaction she works.  Guiding & protecting her clients every step of the way, with a goal of developing a forever friendship, is her number one goal!  Jenny is currently licensed in both Washington State and Arizona.

Sara, licensed in WA State since 2021, also brings a myriad of experience to Eglian Homes.  Raised in the world of realestate, she naturally gravitated towards the business.  Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Sara attended Western Washington University while juggling a position as home stager & realestate agent assistant in Bellingham, Washington.  Familiar with areas from Bellingham to Island, Skagit & Snohomish Counties, she brings to the business immense understanding of many real estate markets.  Sara's attention to detail, listing set-up & management, home tour preparation and document education has established her in the market as a real estate rising star.  Sara also has immense experience in social media development, creating avenues of marketing that exceed others in the industry.  An adventurer in her own right, Sara has traveled all over the United States and overseas to Canada, Ireland & Italy.  Sara is an advocate of community involvement, supporting local businesses and connecting with her neighbors.  Sara currently covers areas North of Seattle with agent relationships throughout the Puget Sound region.
